We understand that you want your programmes to include the very latest news and stats. And that programmes are not just for Saturday. You want Tuesday’s programme to reflect what happened at the weekend, for example. That’s why our customer service has to be second to none. If you need a programme the next day, we will do our utmost to get them in your hands as required. This is why we take the stress away from you – once the design is finalised, leave the rest to us. So, how do we do it?

Everything in-house

Unlike many other programme designers, we carry out everything in-house. Our primary business is printing, so we have a purpose built printing facility from which to produce and control the entire process. This ensures that we do not need to rely on 3rd parties which may cause delays.

Experience

We’re an extremely experienced printer, having been in business for more than 20 years. Our small, agile team works tirelessly to meet customer demand. We know that businesses rely on good communication with suppliers, so we’ll be on-hand to ensure that you know exactly what is happening.

Flexibility

We pride ourselves on being flexible to your needs. Many programme producers will mandate a minimum order quantity or set strict deadlines. If we can produce your programmes and despatch them to you in the timeframe that you need, then we will do our best to meet this. Our main priority is to provide the best service.

We have been known to receive artwork at 5pm on a Thursday and print and despatch for delivery on Friday. Of course, this is a little extreme as this leaves no time to amend or sort any errors. Our couriers collect each day, in theory, at 4pm so anything after that may not ship that day.  However, if we believe it is feasible, we will do our utmost to get your programmes to you – don’t forget, for an additional courier charge, they can always be delivered on Saturday!
